Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Dahlia Boutique Facilities Management via our website and other communication channels.

Team Meeting Discussion

1. Consumer Clients (B2C)

1.1 If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your service agreement within 14 days of confirmation, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
1.2 To cancel within this period, please contact us in writing at contact@dahliabf.co.uk.
1.3 If you request that we begin work before the 14-day cooling-off period expires, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the service is completed.
1.4 If you cancel after work has started, you may be required to pay for the portion of services already performed.
1.5 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.


2. Business Clients (B2B)

2.1 Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 5 working days before the scheduled service date.
2.2 Cancellations made less than 5 working days before service commencement may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service fee, depending on costs already incurred.
2.3 Refunds or credits will be issued only at our discretion for business clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


3. Non-Refundable Services​

The following are non-refundable:
Services already performed or completed
Certification or inspection fees once a third-party contractor has been dispatched
Any administrative or booking fees stated in your service confirmation


4. Service Rescheduling​

If you wish to reschedule a confirmed appointment, please contact us at least 3 working days before the scheduled date. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request subject to contractor availability.



5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at:

Include your booking reference, name, and service details in your request.



6. Processing Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed:
Within 14 working days,
Using the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed.
